Structural Engineering Services
Our structural services include the evaluation of existing buildings and design for repairs, additions, renovations, and new building construction.

Our evaluation services include the assessment of existing structures to determine the cause of distress, damage, or failure. The scope of our services may vary from a preliminary assessment to an evaluation that includes review of repair work or consultation and testimony for resolution of a dispute. We determine the cause and extent of the distress, damage, or failure within a reasonable degree of engineering certainty; render professional opinions based on our findings; and provide recommendations for repair or reinforcement of structures. We provide technical advice during litigation proceedings and have been recognized and qualified to provide expert testimony at trials and arbitrations in Federal, State, Municipal, and Small Claims Courts.

Our procedures may consist of visual examination, documentation of structures, engineering analysis, information research, testing of materials, oral presentation of professional opinions and recommendations followed by a written report, litigation consultation, expert testimony, construction document preparation, and review of repair work for general compliance with construction documents.

Our design services include full or limited services for construction. The design process may include evaluation of existing conditions, preliminary study, design development, engineering analysis and design, preparation of drawings and specifications, and review of construction for general compliance with the design.
